How much does it cost?

Listing your PG is free, forever. Management is ₹10 a month for each PG. No card needed to sign up.

Is my data safe?

Every connection uses HTTPS, your data is stored encrypted in India, and no other owner can see your PG’s records.

Can my staff use it too?

Yes. Managers and caretakers get their own login and PIN, and you choose what they can open. Cooks and cleaners need no login.

What if I want to stop?

Cancel any time. Management runs to the end of the period you paid for, and your records and free listing stay.

Does it work without internet?

Partly. Rent you record while offline is saved in the app and sent once you’re back online. Other changes need internet.

Does it track deposits?

Yes. Record each deposit, what you keep back and why, and what you give back at move-out. Residents see the same figures.

Do residents pay rent through Bedwise?

No. They pay you directly — cash, UPI or bank transfer. You mark it paid; Bedwise never takes a share of your rent.

Can I use it in Telugu or Hindi?

Yes. The app works in English, Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil and Malayalam. Change it any time in Settings.
